Supporting the Transition to Adulthood (T2A) of Young People
in the Criminal Justice System

2008 - 2011. This project will increase agencies' knowledge and understanding of issues related to the transition to adulthood of young people in the criminal justice system.
Barrow Cadbury Trust T2A Alliance

Parenting - Inside and Out: Supporting Young Parents in Custody and their Families
2006 - 2009. This project will improve parenting support to teenage parents in custody by finding the best ways of working with them and with their families.

Development Support - Parenting
1999 - 2006. A major project that delivered Development Support - Parenting on behalf of the Youth Justice Board plus advice and guidance to the YJB and to YOTs.

Involving Young People in Parenting Programmes
2001-2004. A small scale study to learn from the direct experience of implementing a range of models of intervention involving both parents and young people.

Working with Children and Young People in Custody
2003-2011. We created and regularly updated a learning module on understanding and working with young people for the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) juvenile awareness training programme for staff working with young people in custody (JASP).

Working with Young Men in Custody
2002-2003. We devised a training pack for staff working with young men in custody - developed for HM Prison Service.

Working with Women in Custody
2001-2002. An award-winning training pack staff working with women in custody - developed with HM Prison Service.
