Young People, Identity and self esteem
A one-day training course
This course will present an overview of the stages of identity formation and the development of self-esteem in adolescence.
It will consider the key issues for personal and social identity and a positive sense of self. Specific issues regarding ethnicity, sexuality and disability will also be addressed. There will be an opportunity for participants to contribute and share ideas from their own perspectives and to think about their role in building on young peoples positive sense of self.
