Cancellations Please note: all cancellations must be confirmed by letter, fax or email (not by telephone) and may be subject to a charge. No charge will be made for cancellations made earlier than two weeks prior to an event. 50% of the fee will be payable for cancellations made between a week and two weeks prior to the event. The full fee is payable for cancellations made less than a week before an event. We are happy to accept a substitute if the original delegate is unable to attend. Please let us know in advance.
